Refund policy
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note:
A return or refund will only be accepted if you provide valid proof in the form of a proper unboxing video of the shipment. The video must meet the following conditions:
1. The video should be continuous and unedited, without any cuts.
2. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the video, showing the Order ID or Customer Name.
3. The package shown in the video must be completely sealed and untampered
4. There should be no signs of tampering, such as the use of tape, glue, or any form of resealing.
Returns will not be accepted if these conditions are not met.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Additionally, please note that we do not offer return pickups. If your return is approved, you will be required to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own expense.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions
The ₹150 advance payment will not be refunded in cash under the following situations:
If the order has already been dispatched/shipped from our warehouse.
If the customer refuses to accept the parcel upon delivery.
If the order is not delivered due to customer error, such as:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
Wrong or unreachable contact number.
Customer not available to receive the delivery.
If the order is cancelled after confirmation by the customer.
In all these cases, the ₹150 advance will be issued as store credit, which can be applied on your next order with us.

3. Store Credit Option
If you cancel your order after confirmation but before dispatch, the advance payment of ₹150 will be provided as store credit.
Store credit is non-transferable and can only be redeemed on your future purchases at GadgetGenie.

4. Store Credit in Exceptional Cases
If the order could not be delivered or processed due to reasons attributable to GadgetGenie, the courier company, or the delivery partner (for example: operational errors, shipping delays, or mishandling), your ₹150 advance will also be provided as store credit.
This ensures that you never lose your payment and can always use it towards your next order with us.
